Specific information about each individual attendee is required upon registration in order to allow the conference to support local mission as effectively and smoothly as possible.
If you are a leader who doesn't want to entrust each student to register and pay for themselves please remember to acquire the following information in your own sign-up form so you can enter them properly when you register your students:
Early Registration: $27.50 (until Oct. 1)
Regular Registration: $35
We're starting Friday morning at 10:00am so that going home on Thursday night is an option for groups. However...
If you're group wishes to stay downtown on the Thursday night we have secured a group rate at the YWCA Hotel which is only a 5min walk from The Centre. There are many accommodation options downtown, however this stands to be the most affordable. But book early as it's sure to fill up!
To book, simply book rooms as normal (first come, first serve) and enter "Chapel" in the Special Request box during the booking process to receive the group rate. You will require a credit card to reserve your rooms.
